POST THE LAST SENTENCE YOU WROTE AND THEN TAG AS MANY PEOPLE AS
THERE ARE WORDS IN THAT SENTENCEYOU WANT.tagged by @should-i-say-it-like-a-spy!
She nodded, still solemn, and stepped
to the side. “You have the lead, Lieutenant.”
welp. tagging @cinlat, @kunoichi-ume, @carterashofficial, @cavalier-life, @taraum, @storyknitter, @technoplague and whoever else wants!
*dusts off her WIPs sheepishly*
He
still flirted with everyone in his orbit as if it were as thoughtless
as breathing; that was a part of his personality that would probably
never fade.
@tishinada @melissagt @pineaberry Have anything new to offer? 🙂
Actually I’ve made a lot of progress on Dance in the Shadow since I’ve finished unpacking and caught up on work, but it’s turned out to be a tricky chapter to write, mostly because I’m writing something I know very well, ironically. Technically two lines, but they’re a single thought.
I am Sith, dammit, I can do this! I will do this!
Hmmm, @aliyamirat, @riajade01, @rainofaugustsith, @gerdavonrinnlingen, and @shimmersing?
Ooooh, I was tagged twice…by @cavalier-life and @kunoichi-ume. You shall have two sentences!
The first is from a completely random part of Beautiful Tragedy, most likely to fall within the third installment. It’s way out of context, but it’s one of those gems of a sentence that just pops into your head and you need to save it for later.
“Did she,
now? She never fit in with the Jedai…my love is…different. An outcast just like
you. Is that because of who she is, or what she is? Or both?”This one is from an art post companion piece I’ve been working on –
But Nik lead her onto the dance floor with the same casual
calm and certainty he’d always had, like no time had passed between them, as if
both of their worlds hadn’t been turned upside down, backwards and sideways…in
more ways than one.Oh, these all sound fun. I’m going to hit y’all with some angst from Trigger. It’s taken me forever to answer this because I’ve been so busy, barely any time for writing. (Even now I’m posting this on my phone over an hour away from home).
Let’s see, I was tagged by @shimmersing. I think it’s been long enough that some people might have more stuff to offer, so lets try @kunoichi-ume, @salaciouscrumpet, and @chivalin.
From: Heart on A Trigger – chapter 19
Jorgan’s shoulders rose and fell before he faced Fynta again. Even though the corner of his mouth pulled into a half-smile, sadness clouded his eyes. “We were unstoppable.”
All right, I was tagged by @cinlat. I’m going to tag @inyri and @valleniel, although my sentence will definitely have more than two words …
This is taken from an original piece that I’m currently working on, so apologies to those of you waiting to hear more on any of my fanfics. As a token of apology please accept three sentences. 😉
To [Character’s] great surprise the prisoner was smiling with almost manic intensity, his teeth bared, the blood on his lips making the expression all the more ghastly. He turned his head to one side and hawked a mouthful of bloody spit out into the dust at his feet, then directed his wild grin at the ringleader. “Is that all you got?”
Eh, as introductions to BAMF characters go I guess it’s all right? (Narrator voice: “That was not ‘all they got.’”)
